Cancellation Policy

Most reservations give you 24 hours to back out. Not more than 24 hours after making the ticket, you will get your full payment back in the same way you paid for it. You will get your money back less a withdrawal fee for the nights you didn't use if you cancel your ticket after 24 hours.

For cancellations, you can call or email our customer service. You need to give information about your ticket, such as the name that's on the reservation and the number of the reservation. You can get your money back in full if you cancel your ticket within 24 hours. In case you need to change your ticket, you can call us at any time. When a customer cancels an online appointment, we make it as easy as possible for them to get their money back. The hotel's rules say that you can return your room, but we don't agree with them.
